Welcome to my blog! I'm in my 20s and on a mission to be healthy and fit. I've always loved working out and eating well - although there were periods in my teens and college years that I was not always doing so in a healthy way. Now that I'm a full-time grad student, I'm more committed than ever to maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle. This space is a collection of what inspires me and what I'm thinking about. You guys, THIS was my view from my run this morning. Bea-u-ti-ful! The actually running part was not the best though. Probably because it’s been over a week since I’ve hit the pavement. I tried to push too hard and now my knee hurts :(
