Welcome to my blog! I'm in my 20s and on a mission to be healthy and fit. I've always loved working out and eating well - although there were periods in my teens and college years that I was not always doing so in a healthy way. Now that I'm a full-time grad student, I'm more committed than ever to maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle. This space is a collection of what inspires me and what I'm thinking about. Wish I could eat this for lunch. Instead I had a couple tomato slices in pesto with a slice of mozzarella, a banana, some cantaloup, and a greek yogurt. Lunch on the run :( Will need to supplement with a huge afternoon snack.
