Oatmeal with cinnamon, peanut butter, raisins, and a sliced banana on a rainy afternoon. Heaven.
Oatmeal is a staple in my diet. It’s nutritious, sating, and soothing. In fact, when I get nervous (like before a presentation or interview) I have a bowl of oatmeal and it always calms me down.
I FINALLY added a scoop of peanut butter to my oatmeal. Not sure why I waited so long to try mixing two of my favorite foods on earth but the result is heavenly. It’s like a warm pudding. I also added cinnamon, a banana, and some raisins. What a treat! I can’t believe this counts as breakfast.
