Welcome to my blog! I'm in my 20s and on a mission to be healthy and fit. I've always loved working out and eating well - although there were periods in my teens and college years that I was not always doing so in a healthy way. Now that I'm a full-time grad student, I'm more committed than ever to maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle. This space is a collection of what inspires me and what I'm thinking about. Part 2 of my healthy lunch: oatmeal with raisins, walnuts, and blueberries. (Yes, those are Kind bars in the background.) Oh and Part 1 was scrambled eggs with spinach, avocado, and baby carrots but I ate it before I could take a picture :)
