Welcome to my blog! I'm in my 20s and on a mission to be healthy and fit. I've always loved working out and eating well - although there were periods in my teens and college years that I was not always doing so in a healthy way. Now that I'm a full-time grad student, I'm more committed than ever to maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle. This space is a collection of what inspires me and what I'm thinking about. On my run this morning I’m going to try to think about some new, healthy summer meals to make. ARD and I talked about how we’ve been in a food rut recently. We’re sick of our usually healthy meals and need a change.
I don’t really crave unhealthy foods much because I know how bad they will feel in my body. They don’t even taste that good to me anymore. I’m starting to see unhealthy foods as a punishment to my body/mind/well-being rather than a treat.
