Just made a “baked” apple with cinnamon for dessert. It was VERY good! Here’s the how to:
slice an apple (mine was Gala)
put it in a bowl
sprinkle it with cinnamon
microwave it for 3.5 minutes
Next time, I may add honey, raisins, and/or walnuts but it was pretty good with just cinnamon.

I FINALLY added a scoop of peanut butter to my oatmeal. Not sure why I waited so long to try mixing two of my favorite foods on earth but the result is heavenly. It’s like a warm pudding. I also added cinnamon, a banana, and some raisins. What a treat! I can’t believe this counts as breakfast.

Decent lift but the best part was when one of the female trainers came over to me and asked if I was a triathlete. I was like, no but THANKS :)
Smoothie
I blended:
1/4 avocado
a handful of spinach
about 10 frozen strawberries
about 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
1/2 cup water

Workout Fail
I planned to lift this afternoon but just can’t fit it in. I’m going to a play tonight so there is literally no time. Made myself a pretty healthy dinner instead and will make up for the missed workout tomorrow (which was supposed to be a rest day). Ah, life. What can you do?
