Just made a “baked” apple with cinnamon for dessert. It was VERY good! Here’s the how to: slice an apple (mine was Gala) put it in a bowl sprinkle it with cinnamon microwave it for 3.5 minutes Next time, I may add honey, raisins, and/or walnuts but it was pretty good with just cinnamon.

I FINALLY added a scoop of peanut butter to my oatmeal. Not sure why I waited so long to try mixing two of my favorite foods on earth but the result is heavenly. It’s like a warm pudding. I also added cinnamon, a banana, and some raisins. What a treat! I can’t believe this counts as breakfast.

Workout Fail
