*This number is from February 2012 but I honestly don’t like measuring myself by weight. I prefer to measure how long I can run, how heavy I can lift, how many fruits/veggies I can eat, how happy I feel, etc.
Workouts: I workout 4-5 days a week, usually a combination of running, spinning, lifting, and yoga/stretching. On my non-workout days, I remain pretty active (i.e., I walk a lot, take the stairs, fidget…).
Food: I eat as cleanly as possible. For me this means lots of whole grains, lean protein, healthy fats, and tons of fruits and veggies (I strive for 10/day). I rarely drink alcohol because I just don’t like it and am obsessed with green tea and coffee.
Personal: I recently married my amazing husband, ARD. (That’s what I call him on the blog.) ARD and I just moved from Manhattan to CHICAGO!
